MEAZA SEIFU ALEMU is a company engaged in wide-ranging business operations. The company is principally established to use the incentivize opportunities of the export sector prevailing in the country. As a result, the industry is highly promoter and prioritized in the country in all directions, from the government at large and other institutions, including the National bank of Ethiopia and Commercial Banks operating in the country. Hence our company is now primarily focusing on optimizing the maximum return that could be obtained from the sector. In doing so, the company will also contribute its share in foreign currency generation for the country. The company mainly targets the market based on pulses, cereals’ oilseeds, and coffee. These crop products are collected from ECX, dealers, and directly from farmers, which are disbursed all over the country. We are currently using three rentable warehouses for stocking and cleaning purposes. The first one is located in Adama Town, where most pulses are now tradable, including Chickpeas, Red Kidney beans, Soya Beans, Niger seeds, white pea beans, Fava beans, and other beans. The second one is in Gelan Town, 30 km from Addis Ababa. The warehouse is large and clean in which we process oil seeds and pulses, including sesame seeds, Niger seeds, Green Mung Bean, and soya beans. The third is for coffee, which is found in Addis Ababa. Our company has also signed a cleaning contract with Abebe Mulugeta coffee processing company to process the coffee business.
